CHANGE MANAGEMENT Many established Companies at some point(s) of their growth face situations wherein a need is felt to usher in some changes in the management practices ,strategy and focus so as to enable the Co to forge ahead in a highly competitive world. The pressure to not just perform but infact outperform and catering to the shareholder interest calls for changes. This is a crucial stage and Companies often look for outsiders to bring in those changes. This is a delicate decision. Perhaps some who know the functioning of the Co from within may be better suited at the same time this has its obvious pit falls.
