Select the 2 day Orientation programme you wish to attend. (The first orientation program is in Delhi in NCC Auditorium & second in Pune)
ICICI Prudential life will provide insights into the insurance sector and the career tracks available.
Interested officers will be interviewed at the orientation programme against various positions in HR, Operations, Sales, Business Management etc.
Selected Officers will be given job offers with the provision that they should complete the course satisfactorily and join ICICI prudential Life.
Within 7 days, officers must confirm their interest in accepting the provisional job offer.
Officers, accepting the offer must submit their application for Premature Retirement ( in case of serving officers) and select the Business School they wish to attend, from the course calander.Courses will be offered at multiple centres across the country in partnership with several Business schools.
Officers can enroll for any of the courses commencing within 9 months from the date of offer
Course fee will be paid by ICICI Prudential. However officers must submit a legal undertaking that they will join ICICI Prudential at the end of the course.
Officers must complete course and join ICICI Prudential on due date.

Job Placement:
All Officers, on successful completion of the Programme will be inducted into ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company. The officer will be profiled based on his competencies and will be considered for multiple positions in various functional areas across multiple locations in middle management positions.
